Back & Neck Problems

I am 36 yrs old and I am having a hard time with a lot of tingling along my right side.  It started almost a yr ago.  I have 3 herniated disc in my neck a C5-C6 have a nerve compression which is causing the tingling in my upper extremities including my face and scalp. I had to have another MRI and it showed that I have a herniated disc in my lumbar L5 which a compressed nerve which is causing me to tingling down my right leg with pain. I have had two injections in my neck with some relief but the last nerve block I received did nothing. Right now the tingling is outweighing the pain but I am getting no relief now.  I have had constant day and night of tingling, stiffness, and pain. Any suggestions. I really don't want surgery due to the fear I may have more suffering and pain.
