Back/Neck/Shoulder/Chest Pain For A Month

Two months ago, I had intermittent sharp abdominal pain and chest pain, and visited the ER. They ran two EKGs, several blood tests, chest x-ray, a cardiac stress test, and an echo-cardiogram. "The full work-up." They determined I have a Right Bundle Branch Block, but the other tests showed no issues, so they advised me to ignore that issue, and they scheduled me an endoscopy with a GI doctor.

Around a month and a half ago, I started experiencing neck pain (around C7, where the cervical spine meets the back). It continued to worsen until I visited the ER for it about a month ago. They ran another chest x-ray and a cervical x-ray. When the results came back, they said that they looked fine, and sent me home with naproxen and muscle relaxers. The naproxen seems to help *a little*, but I can't take muscle relaxers because they knock me out cold.

A few weeks after the ER, I started experiencing random tingling in my pinky/ring finger on my right hand, and pain in my forearm/elbow. I visited my doctor, and he suggested carpal tunnel, but did no tests to confirm.

I've been experiencing less neck pain since then, but the pain has spread to my thoracic spine area, shoulders, and sometimes even my lumbar spine area. It feels like a dull ache, and if I lie down for 4+ hours, it subsides until I get up and move around for 10 or more minutes. The pain in my arm/hand seems to be less, but still happens from time to time.

On top of that, a week ago, I had a bad bout of heartburn after eating too much, and since then, the back pain seems to radiate through to my sternum, and sometimes to the right or left side of it. This is a continuous pain that does not seem to yield to medications, although rest seems to help with it just like the back pain. I'm not sure if the back pain is referring through to my chest, or if that's an unrelated issue.

Sometimes it hurts so badly that I want to visit the ER again, but I feel like I'd be wasting my time, and they'd refer me to my doctor, who doesn't seem to take me seriously since I've had so many symptoms.

What would you guys advise? What tests have they not done? What am I missing? This pain is starting to affect my quality of life, and I'm only 21, so this is so unexpected.

Thank you for your help, and for taking the time to read this.

They did a CT scan of my abdomen when I first visited the ER, and didn't find anything. Would gallstones show up with that one?

I also forget to mention that since I visited the ER the first time for the chest/abdominal pain, I've had random short-lived (5-10 second) headaches/earaches.
