Back Pain, Lower Left hand Side.

by chaz2290, Jan 18, 2008 12:54PM
I have a dull pain lower back on the left and right side of my back.
But the left side is a lot more painful, it's a dull pain(still more painful than my right one) if I sit up straight but if I move in a certain direction it's very painful.
I have had dull pains for ages now but have ignored it not it is really bad I need to do something.
Also, If I ever used to run both sides would hurt, now I can't even think about running it's so bad.
Two questions. Any ideas what is wrong with me.
Do I need to see a normal doctor or a specialist doctor for backs?
