Back Pain and Diclofenac Sodium Use

I am a 25 year old male; I have PID L 4-5, what they call Schmorl's node; no compression; Since the past on month, I have had troubles sleeping, every time I turn, it all of a sudden pains and I wake up; if I take Diclofenac Sodium, it doesnt pain, and I took it for almost two years, every night, is it harmful? Please help.
