Back Pain

I broke several ribs four years ago and did not receive any treatment. When I eventually saw a professional I was told that one rib cage was higher than the other. He also told me there was nothing I could do as the ribs looked like they had healed. In the past five months or so I have been experiencing pain and back ache, Could this be attributed to breaking my ribs as it is on the side where I broke my ribs? Also is it possible to experience rheumatism in your ribs?

In April I  broke 8 ribs...there's nothing they do for it except pain killers.  They don't wrap anymore because higher chances of pnemonia (pneumonia).  Dr told me, no matter how they heal is ok because they're still protecting your internal organs.

Good luck
