Back and neck pain

Good afternoon all,

I wondered if anybody could give me any advice because I am at my wits end. I am only 24 and have had my first bout of severe back pain on the 02/10 last year. I didnt do anything to cause the pain but took a couple of steps form my bed when awaking that morning.I had debilatating lower back pain went to hospital and was given pain killers and told to rest.I visted a osteopath for treatment 7 days later and had tratment for about five weeks. Then one day while I was nack at work I develped Sciatica in my right leg while sitting in my office chair.
I went back to the hospital who provided more pain killers and said I needed to go to my GP to ask for a MRI of the lumbar spine to be done.I did this and has the scan on the 30/11 and the results have shown I have a bulging disc at l5/s1 level. Strangely though its bulging on the left side yet most pain is in my right leg.The pain I have been experianceing is in the right foot and big toe, calf anf shin and also back and front of thigh. Similar pain sometimes in my left leg and pain in both buttocks and lower back pain.The hopiteal so called spine specialist suggested that I have some physio therapy just nefore christmas but I neeed to go to my GP to arrange this who is on holiday to the tenth of January.During the last week though I have developed pind and needles and numbness in both arms and hands and pain in the shoulders and a little neck pain. Last night for the second time when sleeping on my back and on my side my rightarm goes dead and the only way it gets betters is to stand and walk. Im scared!!
