Back pain

I'm sry i probaly posted this in the wrong area but I'm new and need this question answered. I recently turned 14 and i was just laying on my bed when my back started feeling a little ichy, that itch started to feel like i was being stabbed by needles, sorta like when my foot falls asleep but a lot worse. Then along with the sharp needles feeling it felt liek it was on fire. Finally that dulled to a numb pain. My back had no rash or anything on it, no red or anything. I think this has happened before but never that intense, any idea of what it might be?

It could be a nerve being pinched, or the beginning signs of shingles.  

I also read that it could be from a mole.  Do you have any moles on your back?

It could also be a neuro problem.  The numb feeling is what makes me think it could be.  Maybe tell your parents and have them get you in to see your doctor.
