Back pain EVERY MORNING

I wake prematurely every morning with unbearable back pain in the lower to middle back. Once I get up and start moving it around it gets better and stays that way until I wake up again the next morning. I'm only 23 years old. I don't think that it's my mattress because it is no more than 7 months old, and I've slept on it for a while without having these problems; this started happening about 2-3 weeks ago. 6 months ago I was in a traumatic car accident, but there were x-rays taken of my back that turned out to be fine. I am not sure if this is relevant, but I also have ulcerative colitis. I just want it to stop!

I am 38 years old. Mother of 2 kid. Start about 8 month ago every morning i have the same problem. Wake up with lower back pain. Feel like a robot. I have to put some patch on them. But after an hour moving around then I kind of ok with just a little pain. We bought a Memory Foam Bed but I still have the same problem. I even put a comforter on top of the Memory Foam Bed still feel the pain. No matter what time I wake up still have the pain. I have try all kind of pillow, don't help. What should I do? Can someone help me? I just get to the point scary to go to the bed.

You should probably have an MRI then if you only had xrays after the accident. Things like herniated disks/stenosis/DDD will not show up as well on an xray as they will on an MRI.

I only sleep on my back and on my sides, with a pillow in between my legs.

What position do you sleep in? If it's on your stomach or on your side with your knees pulled up, that could be the problem. Sleeping on your stomach especially is really bad for your spine.
