Back pain. Mostly from walking and moving around .What could be the cause?

Hey guys new to forum im 31yr male. Looking for ideas and advice. 2 years ago i was working at a factory fixing wooden pallets. I was only there for just under 3 months. It was a very repetitive job. Pretty physical standing at a table most of day with foot pedals to operate a bi fold table. Would twist/turn left to right to grab nail gun above or angle grinder, new planks of wood. Use big prybar to jimmy off broken planks. Pallets would run on roller conveyer. Seem to always be moving uptop of my body. As weeks went by i started to get sore everynow and then. At same time i was playing soccer pretty full on. At work eventually the soreness become everyday i was rubbing deep heat in and taking pain killers. I went to physio and chiro but wasnt helping. I worked through the pain for a about 4 weeks but back was in intense pain so much couldnt do it anymore and quit. I only worked through because was good money but probly made things alot worse. Anyway expected after a few weeks from quiting it would get better but never did. I sat around for about 2 to 3 months not working waiting to get better but didnt. Have been to about 7 different physios done their programs but none help. Been to breathing postural restorations. 2 chiros. Different massages. And none help. Had xray and mri. Nothing structually wrong its all muscle related. Which is hard to fix. Seen 2 neuro spine specialist. They have no answers for me and just have to deal with with it. Have had facet injections and lyrica and endep but no good. Started doing simple excercises at gym like circuit 2 months ago which i felt helped slightly. My back feels ache and stiff fatigue. When im simply walking after a short distance my thoracic area is the main problem or thr highest part if lower back. Like fatigue. I get relief from laying lown. My pain sometimes goes to my lower part back. My life sucks and cant work a full time job because of the pain. Also cant sit down for long so office job is out. Im always googling forums trying to find fixes.

So my newest thought is possibly ive done real damage to ligaments, tendons, Cartlidge, fascia etc, maybe errector spinae. Muscle fibres have scarred up and restrict muscle movement. Or whatever just become weak and fatigued. Maybe havnt been able to heal properly even tho its been 2 years.

Sorry for the long story
