Back pain help

Hi I just wondered if anyone with more experience than me could help me.

I have been sleeping on a sofa bed for 7 months, because I am currently living away from home.  At the moment my lower back and neck are really achy.  I wondered if this period of time on this sofa bed could have caused this. I am quite thin, so I don't have any fat to cushion the hardness of the matress.

My boyfriend came to stay and he said he had pain after one or two nights.

Hi, I am sure it is possible that it is what u r sleeping on.
Try an pick up a foam matress topper....my DD did that with the beds in college and it was much better for her to sleep on.There r sooooo many different types.

Try it and see if there is a change in how u feel.
