I have been having really bad back pain in my lower back as soon as I lay down flat, I then have to stand up then the pain goes away, then I lay back down again and it comes straight but I just bear it and it goes away after a while. I have looked this up and only found 2 causes 1.) Malignancy/tumour Or 2.)Ankylosing spondylitis and they both worry me. Does anybody know of any other causes of low back pain "while lying down”??? I also have tingling around my body and I am getting an x-ray of my spine next week, I have already had one on my neck and a MRI of my head. Could a herniated disk cause this or something?
