Back pain

Back pain starts between shoulder blades then up to head, causing headache. The feeling in my head feels like sinus problems. The back pain takes my breath away. This happens when I am up moving around, will stop when I sit and rest.

Hello~

It sounds like you have some pinched vertebrae in your upper back and neck region. I would highly recommend seeing a chiropractor. He/she will take some x-rays and be able to tell what areas are needing attention. After a few treatments, you should start feeling better.

Hope you feel better soon.

I agree with SassyLassie. It's really good to be seen by a chiropractor anyway, and it'll keep away many future headaches as well! Chiropractors do wonders!
