Back problem

I have done the X-ray for my back since my back seems very easy to injury in last two year.

the following is the comments from diagnostic centre

---------------------Comment from Diagnostic Centre-----------------------------------------------------------
Loss of the normal lumbar lordosis with a mild kyphotic posture.
Mild vertebral wedging at L1.  This may be related to increase stress.
This is associated with narrowing of L1/2 disc space.
Lumbar spondylosis with marginal osteophytes formation.
There appears a 5mm osseous fragment behind the postero-inferior corner of L4 vertebra.
This may represent a detached osteophyte.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just wonder how can I improve my condition?  Will massage help or drink more milk ?
I am 29 and do exercise such as tennis every week!

Thanks
Dave

Thoraco-Lumbar Spine (AP  & LAT):

Normal thoracic lordosis is lost and there is a mild kyphotic posture.
There is no vertebral collapse and no osseous erosion
Mild vertebral wedging is seen at L1
L1/2 disc space is reduced.
Marginal osteophytes are detected at L2 to L4 vertebra.  There appears a 5mm osseous fragment posterior to the lower L4 vertebral cortex
There is no abnormal paraspinal soft issue
