Belief and trust in a Doctor

With so many wrond diagnosis in the past 20 years, I believe that this horrid pain will be extent of the rest of my life.

You can't give up, you have to keep on searching and struggling to find help.

Regarding the horrible pain, anytime I see the word "unexplained" or a string of words like "I'm not sure what it could be", I usually have an answer.

However, it's the answer that most people don't want to hear:  get thyself (or family member) to a doctor and FIND OUT what it is.  If you have been to a couple doctors, see MORE doctors until you find out what the problem is.  DO NOT GIVE UP.  Just because you haven't gotten a proper diagnosis yet does NOT mean you should sit back and just suffer.....NO WAY!

Many of us can comment on how something feels, certain medications, and similar situations but unless one knows EXACTLY what the problem is, it cannot adequately be treated or responded to.

So, yes, the first line of attack, in my opinion, would be to see additional doctors or specialists and get a diagnosis and go from there.
