Every morning when I wake up my back is just killing me! It's soar as hell and hurts to move around. Is it the bed or how I'm sleeping? I don't think it's disc problems are anything like that. I am a smoker and often smoke in the middle of the night. 38 yrs old. What are some thoughts out there?
it is most probably muscle spasm--especially since it goes away. you may have a poor matress for your body, and your muscles may be in poor condition-- you may get better simply with the proper exercise, sleeping position, and stretching--- a good PT should be able to help. taking ibuprofen every day is not a good idea.
