Bulging disc at C5-6; pain and numbness in hand and arm
This is the finding of my MRI. C5-6 mild bilateral canal stenosis due to mild broad-based disc protrusion with the right paracentral to lateral accentuation. Mild attenution of the neural foramina due to mild uncovertabral hypertrophy.
I have had 2 cervical epiduaral injections. First one helped for about a month and symptoms changed. Pain went from neck to ear in beginning, but after injection it was more in middle of shoulder blade, burning. Radiating to right arm and hand. Now it has progress to overall numbness and swelling of right hand. occasionally numbness of left arm to hand.
EMG showed nerve irritation on both sides in arm. I need advise on what to do.
