Burning nex to spine, right side

Started as an itch, now burns, been almost a month.  Very sore.

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, allergies, neuro-muscular issues, nutrient/ micronutrient deficiencies etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause suspected/ diagnosed, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
