CAT Scan results

I have had a CAT scan because of my lower back problems. Can someone please explain to me exactly what it means and if there is anything that can be done to help me.
The report says: There is mild to moderate hypertrophic right facet degenerative change of L1-L2 vetebra. No destructive mass lesion. No anterolisthesis. The spinal canal is intact. There is mild multilevel facet degenerative change of lower lumbosacral spine. There are mild OA change of Sl joints. I want to know what I do now and if there is anything I can do to relieve the pain. thanks
