Can facet arthropathy cause arm/wrist pain?

I have recently had an MRI concluding that my lower back pain was caused by facet arthropathy and synovial cysts. I have extreme sensitivity in my lower back and pain in my right leg. All of my symptoms started about seven months ago. A couple of months after the back and leg pain first started I began having pain in my wrists, hands, shoulders and arms. Can the lower back issues cause pain in the arms? Could it be that I have the same issues in my upper back or neck without the sensitivity to touch?
