Car accident with multiple bulging discs, spiny process, brakel nerve impingement

I was involved in a car accident last year where a drunk 18 yr. old ran a stop sign going 40 and t-boned my vehicle.  I have suffered multiple injuries to my neck including 4 bulging discs, a brakel nerve impingement in t1/t2/t3, and a spiny process.  i was originally referred by my lawyer to a chiropractor who treated me for a few months after taking only x-rays.  the pain didn't stop so i went to an orthopedist who immediately ordered an MRI which showed the injuries spoken of earlier.  what is this worth? I am only 27 and was quite fit before this accident. now i cant even sit down comfortably and any exercise other than stretching causes severe stiffness in by neck and upper back.  at least one surgery is definately in my future, if not many.  its now been a year and a half and i've been in constant aggrivating pain.
