Cervial Myelogram question

Cervial Myelogram question

I had a cervical myelogram back in Oct 2002 due to arm pain, numbness and tingling, numbness and tingling in my face.  We thought I was having a stroke, the CT scan showed "arthritis" so my neurosurgeon which operated on my L 4-5 suggested a myelogram.  We never did anything about the results and of course things are much worse this many years later.  I wanted to know if you could tell me what the results mean?  I've since moved out of the area and haven't see that surgeon in as many years.  I am having more problems now, and I'm wondering if I should get it looked at again.  Here are the results:  No HNP or spinal stenosis is identified.  There is moderate ventral impression on the thecal sac on the lateral myelogram at C3-4, C4-5, and C5-6.  Impression:  Without HNP or spinal stenosis.  I'd like to know what the "moderate ventral impression on the thecal sac on the lateral myelogram at C3-4 thru C5-6" means.  And if it is significant, why wasn't it mentioned in the "Impression"?  Do you think it's because my dr was only looking for HNP and spinal stenosis?  Would this cause arm pain? Some shoulder and chest pain?  Cause my arm to just go lifeless?  Tingling, numbness, etc?  With having such a terrible time with my lower back pain and failed surgeries, I'm deathly afraid of even going to see another doctor for a new problem.  I thank you for your help.
