Cervical autologous fusion failure?

Cervical autologous fusion failure?

15 years ago at 31 I had an anterior cervical discectomy with a fusion 5-6-7 for acute onset left tricep paralysis and severe neck pain.  Post surgically pain immediately relieved and subsequent chronic neck and shoulder pain that I take nothing for except deep tissue massage monthly.  Two weeks ago, I developed right arm heaviness in tricep, forearm pain near the elbow and tingling on palmar surface into the middle finger.  It's not really worse, I think I am just becoming increasingly intolerant of the discomfort.  Is it possible after all this time that the fusion has failed or moved to impinge the nerve root at c7 again?
