Chiari Malformation and Tetherd Cord Syndrome

I had surgery in 07 from Chiari Malformation... After surgery I suffered from seizures and intense pressure building up in the back of my neck... I hear snapping, crackling, and popping sounds everyday behind my neck and the pain is terrible... I have had 2 MRI and have been told the MRI are normal... I thought you could not see pressure on a MRI???
Do you think this is pressure building up from the Chiari Malformation and I may need a shunt??
I have also been diagnosed with Tethered Cord Syndrom (syndrome), Degenerative Disc Disease, and Spinnal Stononis... Please be honest will surgery honestly help these conditions or will be under the knife every 2 years???
What do you suggest to releive this terrible pain I am suffering from??? Help!!!!!!! I am only 40 years old and I feel 80!!
