Have u had ur gallbladder checked out?
thanks for the comments...deffinatly going to be very helpful.
I recently went through very similar symptoms. I went to the ER one day and they ordered a ultrasound which came back normal. The ER doctor believed it was all being caused my gallbladder and she wanted me to see a surgeon and get a HIDA scan ASAP. It turns out she was 100% right and I had my gallbladder removed yesterday. In the ultrasound they saw no gallstones but once it was removed I actually had 200 small rice sized stones! If you find no help through your regular doctor I would request an appointment with a gastroenterologist (spelling?). Even if it isn't your gallbladder he/she would have more ideas about what it could be.
If I were you today I would research gallbladder symptoms and the procedure for HIDA scans. I would then call your doctor and set up for an appointment.
In the meantime avoiding fatty foods may help you some but it didn't take away all the pain for me.
I hope I have been of some help to you and I hope everything works out!
I have several cervical disc herniations and I get severe pain between my shoulders and in my sternum. I also get shoulder pain, I had an acdf of c5-6, but still have several several symptoms. I have neuro problems but that is due to nerver root and spinal cord involvement. I alo have many of the gastro symptoms you speak of I don't know if that is related some. I would ask your dr for maybe a hidascan of gallbladder and have him check your neck out. The thing is my neck problems went undiagnosed for 4 yrs because i did not have neck pain at all. I am sorry you are going thru this best of luck.
