Constant shoulder blade pain

Constant shoulder blade pain

I have had a constant pain in my shoulder blade for maybe half a year now. It's something like falling asleep in the wrong position but amplified and never going away. It's worrying me a little and hurts even more when I have combat armor on. It's only in my lower left shoulder blade. It's not always really bad but it's always there. No amount of stretching or anything else I have tried has worked.

I have something very similar to this and after having an MRI it ended up being Thoracic Protrusions in my T5/6 and T7/8. The pain started off as mild but has now gotten to the point where I am 23 and have just filed for disability because it is ruining my life. Unfortunately, there is nothing that any doctor will do for it. I now have decreased feeling in my leg and toes, hyperreflexia, inability to completely empty my bladder, decreased feeling in my... well... you know, and my arms constantly fall asleep. I also suffer from TERRIBLE headaches. This all started about 18 months ago as very mild. I would talk to Medical and see if they will order an MRI for you to see if you have any spinal issues. Then maybe physical therapy. Good luck.
