Desperate for answers

36 yr old female, fit&active (before my injury)..8 long months of unbearable burning in my back, between right shoulder blade& spine,also numbness&burning in right arm,hand,&thumb &1st finger....pulling pain behind right knee(i have been told by Dr. that leg pain is referred pain)..MRI of thoracic&cervicle spine, showing schuerman's kyphosis but nothing else..EMG showing long thorasic neuropathy of acute and cronic (chronic) nature& +1 pos. wave, +1 poly& +1 high amp in right serratus anterior...12 weeks of physical therapy&just started spinal epidural injections 3 wks. ago(which only relieved pain for about 4 days) I have been& am in miserable pain..my right arm goes numb when i sleep(no matter what postion)and im up 4-5 time a night trying to shake it off..some nights i dont sleep at all..My pain is constant & continuious..it never goes away..Drs.can not tell me whats causing my pain&i cant live like this to much longer...i Need help...Can u give me any ideas what kinds of things can cause these kinds of symptoms?
