Dont know what is it

Dear All,

I would not describe what I feel as pain, because it is not. It is more of discomfort in my neck near to my head skull and lower back. My doctor has made a physical test for me and it was ok, plus an X-Ray for the neck, where everything was normal. He has given me some medicine for muscle relaxtion. But the discomfort will not go away, it is always there.
PS: I can do the physical activities in my  day without any problem, work, sports, ....

I hope I can find an answer for my problem.

Sorry my response is tardy to your last comment.

The SX you describe, "Tightness or something" may very well be muscle and/or soft tissue related. If this is true for you than your SX (symptoms) should respond to rest, muscle relaxers and/or physical therapy in 6-8 weeks. If it does not than you need to have more investigative testing.

How are you doing today? It's been another week and I am hoping you are seeing some improvement.

Hello

You still consider the MRI. Sometimes we can have knotted veins that'll make us feel uncomfortable and uneasy even if there is no actual pain. You can also try massage but to be certain try chiropractic massage not those ordinary massages. Try consulting a physiotherapist as well.

Hello,

Please excuse my tardy response.

If you have continued pain as you describe I would request an MRI. It will provide you with a more detailed and definitive look at the structure of your Cervical and Thoracic Spine.

It's impossible for me to guess what may be going on. Yes it could be muscles - but if your pain is not responding to what your PCP has ordered than it's time to look further,

I wish you the best and hope to hear from you again.

Take Care,
