I am a 36 year old man with 2 kids - a 3 year old and a 6 month old. Recently I have noticed that my back gets sore after I plan with the kids. Are there any exercises that I can do to strenghten my back?
Find a good beginning Yoga class, with a trained teacher who is registered with the Yoga Alliance (He/she will have an RYT after his/her name.)
What part of the country do you live in? You can search yogasite.com for good teachers in your area. Yoga is the best thing you can do for your back.
