Facial nerves affecting mouth area

I have spine problems in fact just had a cerivcal fusion in Jan 08.  My main complaint started out to be facial pain.  My jaw hurt, my lips became dry, even my mouth.  Almost felt like skin pain, but also muscle pain.  No doctors ever could figure it out.  Then my arm pain came and I went with that hoping it was those nerves causing the problem.  My arms are much better, but still spine problems down my back, and always the face and mouth and lip problem.  Also have pulling and tugging in my neck muscles.  Sometimes its difficult to even talk my muscles are so tense around my jaw and mouth and neck.  help me if you can, I hate living this way!   Thank you.  Its really more serious to me than this may sound.  Thanks.
