Feet burning and face

Same feeling all the time...its never anywhere different its in the face , feet, and hands.  I have a severe sore neck and etc.  Any thoughts?

That sounds terrible.  I've read that fibromyalgia is known for the burning feeling especially of feet and hands.  I imagine this is nerve pain so there is also something called erythmelagia.  This is often in the feet though but can also show in hands but usually they are red too.  It involves the sensory nerves.  Here's some information on fibromyalgia to read over in the mean time and let me know what you think.
