First time cortisone shot. Please help.
Hi all. So Im 25 years old and have two herniated discs in my back. I got my first epidural cortisone shot over a month ago. After the shot I was sore as to be expected. After the soreness I felt great. Now that over a month has gone by, the pain is coming back. Bending over and standing back up straight hurts insanely as it used to. Do I get the second shot or is there another way? Also, do you ever need to get surgery for herniated discs? Second question is more curiosity than anything.
