HELP! I want to understand my X-rays

Hello,

Can you help me with the following information, my doctor did not explain the following very well or I just do not understand.

Cervical Spine-- osteophytic lipping from C4,5,6 and 7 with minor narrowing of theC4-5 intervertebral disc spaceand moderate narrowing of the C5-6 level  Degree in the ROM on the flexion and extension views.  Minor impingement on the foramina by osteophytes at the C4-5, 5-6 levels. Changes in the cervical spine are due to changes of spondylosis with some DDD at the C4-5 and moderate changes at the C5-6 level.

Thoracic Spine--- Partial fusing of the 5th and 6th bodies----osteophytic lipping from D5, 6 and 7. Changes are due to changes of spondylosis and probable congenital fusion of D5 and 6.

Lumbosacral Spine-------minor lipping frm L4 and L5,  Minor narrowing of the L4-5,L5-S1 levels. Apophyseal joints show some scerosis at the L4-5,L5-S1 levels, changes are due to changes of spondylosis with minor DDD at the L4-5, L5-S1 levels.
