Happy fourth of July

I just wanted to wish all of us sufferers a happy fourth of july. Try and get out there with the families and live as much as possilbe given our individual coinditions. Enjoy some fireworks and family time while we can. Hopefully next fourth will find us with less pain and a better quality of life. It is hard to be postiive living in day to day chronic pain, but we have to at least try. I am the worst complainer of all. Be well all.
