Have a pain on the right upper adominal(abdominal) under the ribs

I have a severe upper right abdominal pain unde my right ribs for last two weeks. Also taking antibiotic for H-Pilori bacterial infection.

Wht would be the cause for pain and remedy?

If you are currently taking antibiotics for an H-pylori condition, the pain in your upper right abdomen may be more related to this condition than anything potentially related to your spine.  It might be helpful for you to post your question on the Gastroenterology forum and ask the members there for any additional support.
So many conditions can result in subjective complaints of pain, including gallbladder disease.  Have you consulted your doctor who is treating the H-pylori?
Please post back if you develop any symptoms that could be related to the cervical and or lumbar spine.
