Having L3-4 Fusion WITH decompression CAN i play w/ PUP sooner after????

I HAD my L4-5 Fused in '07 & NOW have to have the level up done BUT w/ decompression this time around. Neurosurgeon said it's a new technique. He also said this was cause by arthritis. EVERY disc in my lumbar series is either herniated, bulging & i have Deg. Disc Disease in my entire spine. I have a 3 month old Wire fox terrier. This isn't a TYPICAL pup. He's wired 24/7. I'm worried cause i'm all alone in life & don't know how i'm going to care 4 him. Currently it's near impossible. I know i can bend twist etc. BUT how can i keep my new baby pup & heal efficiently?? Any input will be GREATLY appreciated.
