Having Neck pains as well as Back pain now

I asked earlier about SI pain and what not but now its something more.Im experiencing throbbing neck pains at the base of the hairline along with lower back pain.These neck pains are fairly new and started out of no where.I've had xrays done that only said i have DDD at c5 and c6.Can these throbbing pulsating pains be caused from that??These pains cause me to have bad headaches and i cant even move without these pains hitting.I have to bend my head forward and grab the back of my head till they stop.Sometimes all i do is laugh and the pains start in.Does anyone might know what is causing these pains????I dont want to live in this agony anymore.

research Upper Crossed Syndrome.. I have posted many times about this problem that is often misdiagnosed or not diagnosed at all.
