Headache & Neck Pain

Hello, just want to no if anyone have any sugestions of what is going on with me.  I often experience headaches with neck pain.  Sometimes I can feel a pressure build up in my neck(Cervical area) then soon after my head will start to hurt.  Sometimes it feel as though fluid (synovial fluid??) is passing down my neck and i can often hear like a sizzling noise, after that I feel minimal relief then boom the pressure is right back there.  I went to my doctors once before about this pain/concern and he didn't even elaborate on it as if I didn't say it!!
