Headaches

I have had a headache for six weeks.  The headache gets much worse at night.  Blood presure is 135 over 80.  The headache begins at the back of my head and moves around to the left temple.  I do have a sore neck on the right side from weight lifting.  When I move my head from side to side I hear a craking noise in the neck area.  I also have some sensitivity in my teeth as well.  Not sure what to make of all this. I am a 52 year old male.  Six weeks ago my blood pressure was up and the doctor put me on Norvesec.  My pressure seems to be much better, but the headaches continue.  I also take xanax when I feel tense from  work.  This does quite down the headache somewhat.  Any thoughts on my problem.
