Help don't know what to expect

I had a car accident about 4 weeks ago and have had CT and MRI.  Impression:  At L1-2 a moderate sized central to left paracentral disc herniation is noted causing left ventral flattening of the thecal sac and probable mass effect on the left sided traversing nerve roots at this level.  
At L3-4 a small right intraforaminal disc protrusion with associated annular tear abuts the right L3 dorsal root ganglion likely resulting in mild mass effect.
Mild L4 foraminal encroachment bilaterally resulting from intraforminal disc bulge.
Can someone please tell me what to expect.  Have pain in lower back and up some and down my legs all the time.  Just would like to know what I am facing before I see Spine Dr. next week
