Help needed decoding MRI

Hi, recently had MRIs and need help decoding what the results mean and what next steps to take (I'm in a country with patchy healthcare)

conclusions of MRIs are:

MRI CERVICAL
cervical spondylosis
C5 6 diffuse disc bulge with left paracentral focal disc protrusion causing thecal sac indentation, left neural foraminal stenosis and impingement of left exiting nerve root

MRI BRAIN
Prominent virchow robin space noted in posterioinferior aspect of right putamen
Otherwise normal study of brain (

MRI DORSAL SPINE
Dorsal spine degenerative changes
Mild disc bulges D7 8 and D8 9 discs no nerve root compression. Mild dorsal spine scoliosis with convex its to right.
