Hernitated

Could a herniated disc heal on its own.. or do they... Im staying active due to work .. but i dont lift anything over 10 pounds ..

Thanks alot for the help.. I feel its alot better at times and at times i feel im the same my pains are very low and medicine for pain has never been need it.. i try to take good care of my self and i hope times makes it go away completly

it can, as long as you dont do any heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, twisting, etc. it can take time, so limit yourself until you feel that its better. but, once it gets better, i would not recommend going back to heavy lifting etc....as it can cause it to herniate again.
