Horrible lower back pain and headache.

I had had horrible lower back pain and pain in the back of my neck that goes to the front of my forehead. I feel so sick to my stomach. Makes me feel like my heart is racing and fluttering. Blood pressure stays between 133/73. It goes up and down cause I do have hypertention. I have days that I just feel bloated and so very tired. The headache make me feel so very sick to the point I feel like I have to lie down. I had c-diff 3 years ago. Have been fighting a sinus infection on and off for 2 months. Finally I settled for a z-pack last week taking along with it a probiotic. I still have the headache and nausea. Any thoughts,

hi, I have the same back and neck problem, finally after 10 years and multiple scans a mn d blood tests, it's confirmed that ankylosing spondylitis is the cause to my heart, neck, back, prostate , infections and eye problems. But the diagnosis for this condition usually takes about 7 years. Hope that helped in a way.
