Hi Smile851,
sorry you are having such terrible migraines. I suggest you get to a neurologist and hopefully they will give you some mgriane meds to help. It sounds like they are seizures as well. You need to have an electroencephalogram to see your brain wave pattern. This can be positive even if they do a CAT scan and even if the CAT scan is negative. I am negative for the CAT scan but have a positive EEG for a migraine/seizure pattern and take several drugs for the migraine and to stave off the nausea, shakes , vomiting, aura and double vision plus headaches I hope they can get you diagnosed soon. I would look for a  neurologist with a specialty in epilepsy and/or headaches if you can. If you can start noticing your triggers that would help.My triggers are MSG, Sulfites, red wine, and stress, anxiety, flashing lights the wrong light and excitement.
hope this helps, please let us know how you are doing.

Migraines can have several underlying causes.  However some people are just prone to them.

I would reccommend seeing your doctor so they can rule out anything serious and get you either on a preventative regimen with an added rescue med, or just the rescue med.

Also caffeine is a huge trigger
