How serious are my MRI results?

**Back story: Less than 2 years ago, I had to have an acromioplasty on my left shoulder due to a type 2 acromion which was fraying the superspinatus tendon, as well as having some other problems that were dealt with. The pain has been less frequent, and I can actually use my arm now (which is great). However, I still deal with extreme bouts of pain in my shoulder blade region and have had muscle spasms in my neck (with tingling in my arm). On multiple occasions while at places like Disney World, the pain has been so severe I have just sat down and cried (most unusual, as I have a hightolerance for pain and hate to cry in public). I've done multiple stints of physical therapy (for 3 months after surgery, then again about 4 months later, and 2 months ago for 6 weeks). With no help on the pain that I still have.**

I went to a shoulder expert who ended up x-raying my shoulder and also my neck and noted arthritis in my neck. So we had an MRI on should and neck. My results:
There are mild multilevel degenerative changes most prominent at C4-C5 and C5-C6.
At C3-C4, mild disc osteophyte complex without a focal disc herniation. Central canal and neural foramina are patent.
At C4-C5, mild disc osteophyte complex without a focal disc herniation. Minimal right foraminal narrowing is seen secondary to uncovertebral and facet hypertrophy.
At C5-C6, moderate disc osteophyte complex effacing the ventral subarachnoid space contributing to mild central canal stenosis. Mild right foraminal narrowing is seen secondary to uncovertebral and facet hypertrophy.

(the other spaces were unremarkable)

The MRI on my shoulder showed a couple things, but it's my neck that I'm more unsure of. I've been referred to another doctor, one with specialization in neck and back.

I'm a bit worried. I didn't mention this yet, but I'm only 24. This doesn't seem like what an MRI result should be.
