I am so painful what medicine can i take to help with stiff muscles in my body

I am 30 years old.i have a problem with myself.
I am an adult patient with cerebral palsy (CP). i have a physically disability from one hand and both legs.
I can not control my body.my muscles is very stiff and i have deeply truble of stess muscles.
I was two opaerations 1994 which is both knee.and one was operation is 1995 right side upper thigh.after this
I am deeply truble .and i am feeling very pain in my left leg.
I am not disabilite by birth.i have suffering for the last 29 years.the doctors says that.
I have a cerebral palsy(CP).
Now i am very painful from stiff muscles and now i lost my sleep at night.and my health is run down these days.
Now i have using (tablets Mecobalamin 500 mg) tree time and (syurp. Promrthazine.) every at night.
kindly infrome me to the what kind of medicine i can use.please advice guidance me ?.my life is deeply truble.I want to know some information about disease cerebral palsy (cp) special orgaznations which best treatment for my disease
