this might not be the right place, but its the shoulder to the neck and it hurts bad, I can't lift anything and lifting my arm on that side is sometimes painfull too. it feels more like a muscle than the rotater or the bone, any suggestions what I can do about this. even sleeping is becoming hard as the pain wakes me up.
The obvious question that comes to my mind is have you seen your doctor? If it is causing this much pain, that would be your first step. Can you remember injuring your shoulder or neck? Lifting too much? Have you been in an accident? Any weakness, numbness or tingeling? Please set up an appt with your doctor, and go from there. Good luck.
