I have a question about back problems.

Hello my name is James, at 6 years old I fell out of a 2 story window, breaking my left leg, left jaw, shattered teeth, and gave myself a floating rib cage. I was in a body cast for over 6 months, they had to break my leg 3 times cause it didn't heal correctly. I healed and a few years later I was doing fine. But I notice i had pains in my left hip and pelvis area. At 15 I jump of a diving board and the diving board sprung me up so hard, that it bent me completely back words. Meaning if you stand up straight and bend down and touch your toes, the same way but the way your body should not bend. My feet hit me in the back of the head, and I past out. A couple seconds later I snap out of it, and moved to the top of the water, but I notice I could not move my legs. I moved to the shallow end of the pool, used my arms and pulled myself out of the pool. My legs still didn't move. I laid down on my side, pop my back, then turn over and did the same to other side. I started getting feeling back into my legs. I am 41 and for the last 20 to 22 years, my legs will go numb, then no feeling, then paralyzed from the waste down, and I am like this for 3 to 10 days. Then my back a pop, then I get my feeling back in my legs. The pain is so bad, I am a big guy, and it brings me to tears. The pain I have had all my life. It got worse after the diving board accident. I have seen doctors, had x -rays, had MRI's, and know one can seem to find out what is wrong with me. 1 doctor told me I had spondolosis, 1 told me I crack my spine, 1 told me I just have a little arthritis. But no straight answer. I get a new job, and lose it with in a month. I go in for another, they x-ray me and tell me the insurance company want insure me so they can not hire me, it goes on and on. I have gotten (no offence) to were I do not like or trust doctor's. Most that I have seen will not see you or care anything about you unless you have money or insurance. I do not have either. Can not afford it. I suffer with the pain day in day out. I have been trying for the last 20 years to get on disability. In the last few months they have sent me to 3 doctors, and all say they cant find anything. In the last 10 years, I can pick something up and my hands will twitch and I will drop what ever I am holding. If I pick up anything over 20 lbs, the strain on my lower back is intense, and I fall to my knees. I can walk and just fall. If i sit for 10 to 20 mins, I have to stand, the pain is to much. If I stand for 10 mins, I will have to sit, cause again the pain is bad. here in the last 6 months I have been getting dizzy a lot. I mean to the point I have to sit or drop to my knees, or I will fall or even worse, hurt myself. So my question is. With what I have told you, do you have any ideals on what it may be that is paralyzing me from the waist down, and why I have so much pain. My pain is at the pelvis, were the spine connects to the pelvis. Both hips are always hurting. Never stops hurting, and when I am paralyzed it feels like someone has reach into my back, grabbed my spine at the pelvis, and started twisting my spine from hip to hip. When I am not paralyzed from the waist down, it feels about the same, but with less pain. I hope this was enough info, and hope you might be able to give me some kind of info that might help me. Thank you for your time.
