I need my MRI Report translated and I need to know how serious it is.
I have been having back problems for almost 2 years now. I went to my doctor for my leg and he ordered an MRI cause he thought I had a pinched nerve in my back. These are the results that I got from my MRI. Disc Dehydration and Central Disc Herniation at L4-5. Central Disc Herniation with Annular Fissuring Narrowing the AP Diameter of the Spinal Canal to 11.7 mm. There is also Severe Bilateral Neural Foraminal Stenosis. The L4 Nerve Roots are Clearly Delineated. The Spinal Cord is Flattened to 4.3 .. in AP Diameter. I need to know what it all means and how serious it is.
