I decided to try one of the suggestions posted. I have suffered from this back pain which seems to me to be muscular, waking up every hour or 2 hours in great discomfort. I am fine during the day and when I fall asleep. I started taking 3 calcium and magnesium with an extra magnesium a day and I have had complete relief now after just a few days taking the supplements.
I'm happy for you! I'm glad the answer was so simple! I just started my daughter on magnesium, calcium and zinc for irritability, sensitivity to sound, etc. I'll try to remember to post back here if it helps (and if I can get her to take it everyday). Thanks for getting back to the forum.
