Injured In Iraq.. What does all this mean?

3 Months ago I was injured during a training event in Iraq where I was dropped with my lower back hitting a metal bar.  Since then, I have been sent back to the states because of sever lower back pain, left hip and buttocks pain, loss of senstation on my left inner thign and bladder control issues. I have had  3 MRI's with 3 different results telling us more that is wrong but not as to why my back is hurting.  I have been diagnoised with a 4cm Solid Ovarian mass and a degenerative disk disease. The last MRI has more findings and All my doctor would say is that I have arthritis.  Here is my MRI Results:

There are multiple high on T1 and T2 rounded foci within the vertebral bodies. particularly T12 and S3 which likely represent small hemangioma.  Cord Signal is normal.

L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4 nothing significant

L4-L5 mild bilateral facet joint changes and mild hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum

L5-S1 there is a focal midline disk bulge associated with a horizontal tear of the annulus fibrosis.  This has no effects on the exiting neuroforamen.  There are mild bilateral facet changes at this level

Findings:  The patient has spondyloarthhropathy predominately at the L5-S1 level with a focal tear of the annulous fibrosis.

What does all this mean?  Is this why I am in so much pain?  Any assistance decoding the medical jargon will be greatly appreciate.

Thank You
Ashley
